Garment Dye
Pigment Dye
Surface-level color for a vintage, washed look. Fades uniquely over time with wear.
Reactive Dye
Bonds chemically with the fiber—rich color, long-lasting, and wash-fast.
Cold Dye Pigment
Low-temperature dyeing for subtle tonal variation and lived-in character.
Mould Wash / Enzyme Finish
Creates natural aging effects with texture and patina, mimicking timeworn softness.
Tie Dye
Classic resist-dyeing—each piece hand-treated for organic, non-repetitive patterns.
Distressing & Holes
Intentional abrasions and openings for a raw, deconstructed look. No two are the same.
Garment Wash & Finishing Treatments
Stone Wash
Creates a soft, worn-in texture with visible fading and surface irregularities.
Fade Out Wash
Subtle desaturation for a sun-bleached, vintage aesthetic.
Dry Wash
Minimal water use; maintains structure while softening surface touch.
Normal Wash
Basic pre-wash to reduce shrinkage and enhance wearability.
Sand Wash
Adds a suede-like feel and muted finish with soft drape.
Enzyme Wash
Uses natural enzymes to break down fibers, resulting in a cleaner, softer look with light fading.
Silicone Wash
Applies a soft, silky finish that enhances elasticity and comfort.
Crinkle Wash
Creates permanent wrinkles and irregular textures for a relaxed, lived-in appearance.
Spray Dye / Spray Wash
Localized pigment application for gradient effects, shadowing, or contrast zones.

Finish
Salt / Sand Wash
A physical abrasion process where garments are tumbled with fine salt or sand particles under controlled heat. This creates a naturally faded, slightly distressed surface and softens the fabric hand feel.
Often used for vintage-inspired textures, the result is a uniquely worn-in look with subtle variation—no two pieces are exactly the same.

Finish
Snowflake Wash / Acid Wash
A high-impact finishing technique where garments are tumbled with acidic agents (like mild bleach) to create irregular, snowflake-like fading patterns.
The process breaks down surface dyes unevenly, resulting in a raw, vintage texture with strong visual depth. Ideal for distressed or retro-inspired styles, each piece carries a one-of-a-kind surface story—no duplicates, just character.

Finish
Monkey Wash /Localized Fade Spray
A localized fading treatment that mimics natural wear patterns, especially on high-friction areas like the thighs, knees, and seat.
Often used on denim and twill, Monkey Wash creates a pre-worn, dimensional look by spraying or hand-applying bleach or abrasive agents in targeted zones.
The result is a lived-in, broken-in aesthetic that adds authenticity and texture to each garment.

FINISh
Stone Wash /Rock Wash
A classic physical finishing method where garments are washed with pumice stones to create a worn-in, vintage appearance.
The abrasion during tumbling softens the fabric, fades the color slightly, and produces a naturally distressed texture.
Stone wash enhances the visual depth and hand feel of garments—no two pieces are exactly alike due to the organic nature of the process.

finish
Grinding Stone /Sanding Process
A surface abrasion technique where garments are rubbed against pumice stones, sanding blocks, or abrasive tools to create localized fading, soft textures, and a distressed aesthetic.Unlike stone washing (which is done in bulk with water), this method is often applied by hand to target areas like knees, hems, or pockets—giving each piece a unique worn-in character.
Perfect for denim, heavyweight cotton, and streetwear-inspired styles.

finish
Garment Dye
A method where fully constructed garments are dyed as a whole, allowing the color to absorb unevenly across seams, threads, and fabric densities. This creates a rich, lived-in look with subtle tonal variation and enhanced softness. Garment-dyed pieces feel personal, broken-in, and timeless from day one.

finish
Spray Dye
A surface dyeing technique where pigment is sprayed directly onto finished garments, creating unique gradients, fade zones, or artistic patterns. The results are highly individual and expressive—ideal for statement pieces with a handcrafted edge.

finish
Enzyme Wash
A sustainable garment finishing process that uses natural enzymes (typically cellulase) to break down fiber surface fuzz and impurities. This results in a softer hand feel, smoother surface, and a subtly faded appearance.
Enzyme wash is gentler than traditional stone wash and reduces fabric damage, making it ideal for modern basics and elevated casual wear. It offers a clean, vintage look while keeping the garment wearable and durable.

finish
Reverse Burnout / Contrast-Fade Finish
A unique aging technique where the garment’s interior or reverse side is treated with controlled heat, abrasion, or pigment to create burnt tones, uneven discoloration, or heat-faded effects.Often paired with pigment spray, enzyme washes, or sand treatments, this method enhances the garment’s character—evoking a sense of wear, time, and movement.
The result is a visually striking contrast between inside and outside layers, ideal for streetwear, distressed, or experimental collections.

finish
Hand-Painted Garments
A truly artisanal process where designs are painted directly onto fabric or finished garments by hand, creating expressive, one-of-a-kind pieces. No printing, no mass reproduction—just raw brushwork, spontaneity, and emotion.
Whether through bold strokes, delicate linework, or layered textures, hand-painted pieces reflect the maker’s touch and transform everyday basics into wearable art.
